Welcome to WhatsX, developed and maintained by Aleksandr Filimonov. By accessing or using the WhatsX mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Developer refers to Aleksandr Filimonov.
  • Service refers to the WhatsX mobile application and the website whatsx.alexfilimon.dev.
  • You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
  • Subscription refers to paid features available through the App Store.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are handled directly by the App Store. Please refer to the App Store’s refund policy for more details.

4. User Reviews

Users may leave reviews for the WhatsX app in the App Store. By submitting a review, you agree that it reflects your honest opinion and does not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content. The Developer reserves the right to report inappropriate reviews to the App Store.

5. Age Restrictions

The Service is available globally and is rated 4+ in the App Store. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement set by the App Store in your region.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to the app design, code, and content, are owned by Aleksandr Filimonov. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
